So I got into sales for all those reasons you were interested in marketing.. did I chose the wrong field?? I always said I hated marketing because I didn’t understand it but I’d rather deal with the phycology side of getting a person to look at the product rather than buy it. I think good marketing will sell the product itself.

Nice and understandable ecolanation.
However, there seems to be a polital correctnes in luicay defining Marketi g as "providing " "value" to "people", bjt what most defi itions seem to lack is the realiatic, less politically correct definition of Marketing. Therefore, I dare all marketers (inuding Adam whom I truly like, appreciate and consider an honest amd genuine marketer) to provide that more realistic, less politically correct and less generic "value" kind of definition of Marketing because I believe we ought to provide that too to the audience.
