How I Would Learn To Code (If I Could Start Over)

If I could go back in time and learn to code, I would do a lot of things differently. If I could start over, I’d spend more time doing …

I'm not related to coding at all (i graduated in journalism lol), but i started to learn how to code a couple of months ago and I know the basics of Python. Started Cs50 yesterday and I'm trying to switch my life and career to this area (software engineer/programmer/data analyst)

But, from like the middle of the video I didn't understand probably most of it, the terminology. Is it normal and it comes with practice and immersion in the area? appreciate any response

I found a bug in this video…googling a serial number will return ambiguous results 💯 of the time. Lol😅❤

The way I see it this recession most likely has an external cause. The United States is losing influence as a federal currency for the first time in decades. They don't have any more economies to utilise to control their inflation, and less money is being spent on stock and oil trading than previously. They all lend credence to the hypothesis that a new multilateral world order may be in the works.

Bruh I literally got an ad for how to code on the start of this video.

I love these types of videos because as a budding coder, I ignore literally every one of them. Our brains are different so the last thing I'm going to do is listen to someone who already knows what they're doing talking about how they'd re-learn something they already know. A bit redundant and stagnates a majority of people wanting to get into the field.

Great video it helped me realise that i should try to get into a better mindset that would support me when programming. I also have a question, i want to do game development and popular languages for that are c#, c++ and java, i already know a bit of c# and java and i also know a lot (but not too much) about python so should i stick with python or focus on a more common language for game development, like c# or java?
Im going to collage in September this year for games development (if i get accepted) and want to prepare so im not going in with no knowledge about programming.

My major regret is using apple stuff. wish i would have bought a used P series thinkpad with a linux distro and put a new battery in it way way earlier. It would still be working by now. Ive gone through 5 macbooks over the years and they keep failing and are way way too delicate (I would assume on purpose at this point) i would have id be over $15,000 USD richer and produced less landfill waste with stuff i cant get fixed. I hate all my apple stuff i use so much and i cant get rid of it because of the ecosystem im now stuck in. This sucks :/

New learner here. So I need advice on how to go about this. Anyone please comment.
So I'm turning 30, and I want a different career that's more rewarding. But I don't make enough to go back to school.
I was wondering if bootcamps were worth it and which ones might be best to go to.

Now I know you learn for free. And I'm currently teaching myself programming.

The problem that's stuck in my head is getting a job. Like I feel as if it'd be harder since I don't have a degree or maybe a top rated certification.

    Any advice is appreciate

I'm currently on freecodecamp and codeacademy
